I am amused at the rendered skyline of lagos.
Though I hate to be a pessimist, I simply do not understand the concept of placing attractions underneath a bridge. Lagos like many cities is not particularly safe at night, and so what does this make of the under-road bridge space? Normally, these spaces are ideal for homeless people and will become incredibly unfriendly for a single pedestrian making their way through the city. If adequate lighting is provided and 24hr activity, such as some sort of restaurant or nightlife activity occurs during the nighttime then perhaps the space can be a truly fun and welcoming space, alternatively, the public space below should be barred off from the public during nighttime hours.
